One licensed contractor. Three ways we show up.
Above & Beyond Construction and Remodeling holds the license (CSLB #1143790) — licensed, bonded, and insured, with over 20 years of hands-on experience. We are here for all of your needs, whether it is Construction and Remodeling, Small to Large Home Repairs, or Permanent Lighting — we service Diablo Valley, Lamorinda, the Tri-Valley, and the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.
Permanent Lighting
Quality long lasting LEDs in custom tracks color-matched to your home or business. For everyday use or any holiday — invisible by day, brilliant by night.
Home Repair
No job too big or small — from a quick fix to a full repair list, we've got your honey-do lists covered, all under one license.
Construction & Remodeling
Full remodels and ground-up construction, from decks to ADUs — specializing in dry rot repair.
What that means for you
- Licensed, bonded, and insured — every estimate and change order is written, not verbal
- Subcontractors we bring in for overflow work are licensed and insured in their own right
- HOA and ACC paperwork is handled as part of the job in Blackhawk and the Lamorinda towns
- We never promise how a homeowners insurance claim will be decided — we document thoroughly so you and your carrier both have what's needed
